Tools: Gypsy, Expression, Cuttlebug leaf Set, Tinkerbell Cart, Cuttlebug Quilling Set
What I did; I cut a number of leaves with my Cuttlebug; If you don't have that die set, the Maple Leaves can also be found on Destinations. Using a make up (eye shadow) sponge & yellow, orange, brown & red inks, I colored the leaves. I always have a photo in front of me; it helped me to copy the leaf veins. Next I quilled a very large center for the sunflower (You could use a large button instead) I cut a circle to cover the center & decorated it with tiny circles, With the quilling die I cut several strips of yellow petals (Important; you need to hand cut the petals to the pointy shape end) It doesn't end up looking like a sunflower if you don't; trust me, I tried!!!) A real sunflower only has two or three rows of petals so don't overdo those as well.
Finally I cut two sets of two graduated size sunflowers from the tink cart.
I treated each piece of the necklace as a charm & just hooked each one to the chain with a copper ring.
